Explanatory Note

Google Calendar make it easy to keep your website up to date! Depending on the nature & frequency of your club's activities (and your design preferences), you can change the settings to display week, month, or agenda view by default.

Pro tip 1: Consider creating a shared calendar with other clubs in your district, or adding your district's calendar. The example below includes a district-wide calendar managed by [email protected]. Each item is color coded to distinguish between Rotaract club, sponsor club, & district events. This provides both first-time web visitors & long-time club members with better perspective on all of the exciting Rotaract activities happening in your area.
